Merry Christmas

Merry Christmas! Here are a few pictures from last night and this morning. Liam was a terrific during church last night and made it through the entire service. This morning he opened a few toys and now is awaiting breakfast! Happy Holidays- Shannon, Bruce, and Liam

We spent some of Christmas Eve re-shoveling our sidewalks and driveway! Boy we never imagined we would get so much snow in Iowa! Liam was a great helper and here are a few pics I snapped when we got back inside. (for a few pics, Liam was trying to feed me snow from his mittens- his favorite activity outside is to eat snow!)

Christmas tree!

I really wanted to get a Christmas tree this year since we will be staying home for Christmas for the first time ever! However all of the local trees were completely frozen over from the ice storm so we took a trip to Des Moines for shopping and to find a tree. We found a nice little tree and Bruce and I decorated it last night. Liam saw it early this morning and is mildly interested in it. He likes the singing snowman we bought a little better! (Liam has been getting up lots at night and early in the morning because he is getting some killer molars in right now!)

New Boots

Hello- Sorry it has taken me a while to get new photos up. These were taken last weekend as Liam was trying out his new snowboots. As you can see our first storm was more of an ice/snow mix storm. However we got about 6 inches this week so Liam and I are about to head outside to play. Bruce is up in GB getting ready to go to the Packer game with Jay. GO PACK!

Thanksgiving 2007

We made a trip to Kansas for Thanksgiving this year. It was a short visit but we got to see a lot of folks and Liam found a lot of new playmates! Liam was a trooper in the car, luckily we found an open Walmart on the way down to let him run off some steam. Liam is a good traveler- although it is getting harder the older he gets.
