A little fun in the snow!

All of the kiddos got snowshoes for Christmas and they had a blast hiking around in the snow and found a few good sledding hills as well!

Liam was the special student at the college preschool just after Thanksgiving and then they celebrated his half birthday last week (the school will be out during his real birthday). Liam wasn't quite sure how to show the 3 and a half!





Grandma and Grandpa Hinsa came down to have Thanksgiving with us on Friday. Yummy food!

At dinner last night we were talking about a colleague who is traveling to Africa. Liam gets wide eyed and declares "There are lots of squirrels in Africa" (a you will never believe this moment). Then we remind him of the other animals in Africa and we get a "No Way!"

Goodbye to our favorite fur ball!

We had to put our constant companion for the last 7 years to sleep this Thursday. He started having seizures on Wednesday morning and they just wouldn't stop. There was nothing we or the vet could do. It was an easy decision to put Cooper to rest, but hard for us to not have him by our side. In the last few days I have come to realize just how many times a day I would think about Coop and be looking to see his excited face and wagging tail. He was an amazing dog and we will always cherish our memories with him. Rest in peace Coop! Liam thinks Cooper is flying like birds do up to heaven.
