A day of firsts

We took Liam to his first Grinnell men's basketball game today. He liked all the clapping and music, but mostly liked watching all the people, including the little baby next to us. We also picked up a little cheap foam chair for Liam to try. He thinks it is top quality and looks like a king in his throne! And for tomorrow- we think we have recovered from the Packers horrible loss to the Giants that we may be able to watch the game tomorrow.

House of Sickness

It has been a rough week and a half around our household. Liam caught the "daycare sickness" last week and Bruce stayed home with him Thursday and I did on Friday. Friday included trips to the doctor, the ER for chest x-ray and RSV test, and to the home health store to buy a nebulizer. Turns out the "daycare sickness" was the RSV virus so Liam was a pretty sick little guy. But he bounced back quicker than the doctors predicted and is running around at daycare as I write this. Now Bruce and I have very sore throats and stuffy heads, but luckily we don't need nebulizer treatments too! It appears we are all on the mend and you will start seeing pictures of us in action soon.
