Liam was very excited for his first day of school. Luckily we live right across the street!

We were in a bit of a hurry the first day so Liam got pictures with Grandma and Grandpa on the second day of school!
We ventured to the Iowa State Fair. A whole lot of craziness going on there. Next year we will have a plan of attack. Rosie was in good spirits, as always. Liam watched a stunt dog show and got to ride his first roller coaster. And no we did not try the deep fried butter!!!
The weather has been amazing the last two weeks, so Liam and I decided to camp out one night. We hoped for a good night to watch stars, but the moon was a bit too bright. We had a bonfire and smores and then slept fairly good, considering the mattress deflated!
We were lucky enough to have our own backyard concert by Kristen Graves. She was awesome and it was so much fun. People are already talking about next year's concert! Liam got a little piano lesson from her as well. I still can't believe I've known her since she was a baby!
Grandma and Rosie. We headed to GB for a little family reunion and Packer Family Fun Night. Although a storm cut the night short, we all had a great time!
